Ambrosia by Night

In ancient Greek mythology, ‘ambrosia’ is sometimes the food and sometimes the drink of the Greek gods, often described as granting eternal immortality to everyone who consumes it. This seductive and mystical name is taken by the Asian-specialty restaurant at the seductive and mystical boutique hotel Casa Malca.

Now open during the night, this culinary jewel is quickly becoming one of the most beloved dining destinations in Tulum. Ambrosia surprises us with dishes created by Chef Jonathan Carbajal and made with the best and freshest ingredients. Its extensive menu and exotic repertoire of flavors, aromas and creative creations make Ambrosia a gastronomic Eden of the highest level, making the most sophisticated palates fall in love.

The interior of the restaurant was entirely built with recycled woods used in the Casa Malca remodel and decorated with art by Keith Haring. Eclectic and mesmerizing, its decor reflects the wild and daring style of the entire hotel.

From its excellent gastronomy to every detail, the concept of Casa Malca is designed to receive our guests at home. The pieces of art are found on the walls of the rooms, corridors and common areas - making every corner of the hotel a meeting space with wonders.

This beautiful boutique hotel opened its doors in 2014 with only eight rooms, located in the main house after being bought by Lio Malca. An innovative and magical representation of the fascinating soul of Tulum and the most delicious of 'barefoot luxury', Casa Malca is a luxury haven where we allow ourselves to be pampered by attentive and dedicated service, enjoying maximum privacy as well as entering a alternate reality created by design, art and decoration.

When luxury is mixed with natural beauty the result is magic. Involving all our senses, Casa Malca takes us to a world of sensory and culinary pleasures.
